New Black series part of group show in Japan

Two images from my current body of work ‘The New Black’ are part of a group show at the Design Festa vol.30 Arts festival in Tokyo, Japan. The exhibition runs from the 14th – 22nd of November at the Design Festa Gallery East. Hopefully I will get my hands on some shots from the show and will post them here… For more information about the Design Festa, visit the official website

folio progress

After a long semester with lots of obstacles, my major folio is finally coming together nicely. I have finished shooting and are now at the stage of making selections, getting negs scanned and start printing. Looking back there’s still a lot of room for improvement but after all I’m happy with what I have achieved and also feel that my folio is good for what it is. And should I ever be 100% satisfied with my work, I will stop doing it.
Looking into the future, there are many exciting opportunities for next year. Doing my own thing for a while, collaborating with other artists or doing another year of studies. Whatever it will be at the end, one thing is for sure: I’m excited about it!
